Ivey N. Smith is the current Program Manager for the Policing Project based in Chicago, IL. She formerly served as the Director of Conferences and Major Events for a local religious organization. Participating in various servant leadership based roles, she has served in international mission fields, managed conferences, development meetings and established travel arrangements for a variety of clients. This has developed her passion to serve the community while being strategic in supporting initiatives with solution based impact.

Ivey holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from Hampton University and a certification in Nonprofit Administration from North Park University.
